Dospa 20mg/50mg Tablet is composed of two medicines: Dicyclomine (antispasmodic) and Diclofenac (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory disease/ pain killer) which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. It prevents sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thus, relieving cramps, bloating, pain and discomfort.
