Easy-OD Tablet 10's Substitute

Easy-OD Tablet 10's contains Doxylamine, Pyridoxine, and Folic acid. Doxylamine is an antihistamine that works by blocking the natural chemical (histamine) in the body, thereby preventing nausea and vomiting. Pyridoxine is vitamin B6 and its deficiency may cause nausea and vomiting. It works by restoring the levels of vitamin B6 in the body and treat nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. A folic acid is also a form of vitamin B which can provide essential nutrients during pregnancy.

You should not stop taking Easy-OD Tablet 10's even if you feel better as abrupt of this medicine may cause recurrence of symptoms. So, please consult your doctor before discontinuing the medicine.

The common side-effects of Easy-OD Tablet 10's are drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness, dry mouth, and constipation. These side-effects are usually mild and temporary. However, if any of these side-effects persist or get worse, inform your doctor immediately.

It is advised to take Easy-OD Tablet 10's 1 or 2 hours before a meal to prevent nausea and vomiting.

It is not advised to take Easy-OD Tablet 10's with certain pain medicines such as morphine which can suppress the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). Concomitant use of these drugs may increase the risk of side-effects.
