Forlast Plus Tablet Substitute

Forlast Plus Tablet contains Dapoxetine and Sildenafil. Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the serotonin levels in the brain, thereby increasing the time to ejaculate and improving the control over ejaculation. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor and works by relaxing the blood vessels. It can improve blood flow to the penis and helps to get an erection when sexually stimulated. Together, Forlast Plus Tablet can improve premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction.

Forlast Plus Tablet usually shows its effects within 30 to 60 minutes after taking it. The effect may last up to 3 to 4 hours. Inform your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours.

Forlast Plus Tablet may cause vision problems such as blurred vision, which may resolve after some time. However, if you notice a sudden decrease in vision or loss of vision, stop taking this medicine and consult your doctor immediately.

Forlast Plus Tablet should be used with caution in elderly patients. This medicine is given by taking into account the comorbidities and medicines they are taking. The dose may have to be adjusted by the doctor as required.

Forlast Plus Tablet should not be used in patients who have uncontrolled high blood pressure, experienced a heart attack or stroke recently, severe heart or liver problems, hypotension (low blood pressure), eye diseases or vision problems and mood disorders.
