It is a combination of three drugs: Glucosamine (anti-inflammatory & anti-rheumatoid agents), methyl sulfonyl methane (nutritional supplement), and diacerein (anti-inflammatory). Gluco-M Tablet is used to treat and relieve symptoms of osteoarthritis. Gluco-M Tablet works by helping in the build-up of cartilage, a connective tissue located on the bones near the joints. This build-up of cartilage helps in joint repair.

Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Gluco-M Tablet . Drink lots of fluids and eat non-spicy food if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience severe diarrhoea consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.
To treat your condition effectually, continue taking Gluco-M Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it to you. If you experience any difficulty, consult your doctor.
Gluco-M Tablet may cause headache. It is not likely for everyone to experience this side-effect. However, if the condition persists or worsens, consult your doctor.
