Junior Lgerd 15mg Tablet DT is used in the treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, erosive esophagitis, and Zollinger Ellison syndrome

Junior Lgerd 15mg Tablet DT belongs to a group of antiulcer medicines called 'proton pump inhibitors' indicated in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, erosive esophagitis, and Zollinger Ellison syndrome. It is also used to prevent and treat ulcers of the oesophagus. Junior Lgerd 15mg Tablet DT contains 'Lansoprazole' that works by blocking the action of an enzyme known as the gastric proton pump responsible for the production of acid. This helps in reducing the symptoms of heartburn, reflux and promotes the healing of ulcers.

Junior Lgerd 15mg Tablet DT may cause swelling and itchiness of the fingers and toes. Try applying an anti-itch cream or a moisturising cream. If the condition persists after two weeks, consult your doctor.
You are advised to maintain a gap of two hours between Junior Lgerd 15mg Tablet DT and indigestion medicines. However, please consult a doctor before giving indigestion/antacid medicines along with Junior Lgerd 15mg Tablet DT to the child.
