Perindil 4 Tablet 10's is used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. Additionally, it is also used to reduce the risk of cardiac events like a heart attack in patients with coronary artery disease and who have had a heart attack and/or surgery to improve the blood supply to the heart. Perindil 4 Tablet 10's contains Perindopril erbumine, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor; it reduces increased blood pressure by blocking a naturally occurring substance known as angiotensin II (that tightens your blood vessels). Perindil 4 Tablet 10's allows constricted blood vessels to relax and therefore helps lower high blood pressure.

If you experience this, do not try to stand up suddenly or start walking, instead lie down and get up slowly only when you feel better. People taking Perindil 4 Tablet 10's are advised to regularly monitor their blood pressure levels to avoid unpleasant events.

Inform your doctor if you are diabetic as Perindil 4 Tablet 10's may cause hypoglycaemia (low blood glucose levels). Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is advised.
