In Monotherapy epilepsy, Topival 50 mg Tablet is suggested for patients above 2 years of age with partial-onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures. In Adjunctive therapy epilepsy, Topival 50 mg Tablet is suggested in patients of 2 to 16 years of age with partial-onset seizures or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures while in patients more than 2 years of age, Topival 50 mg Tablet is suggested in patients with seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS).
