About Axofit-G 300 Tablet

Axofit-G 300 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat neuropathic pain. Neuropathic pain is a chronic progressive nerve disease that causes nerve pain due to damaged sensory nerves. Symptoms include spontaneous, untriggered pain, unpleasant feeling, shooting, burning or stabbing pain, difficulty resting or sleeping and evoked pain (pain caused by events that are usually not painful). Axofit-G 300 Tablet may be used in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, drug-induced neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and trigeminal neuralgia.

Axofit-G 300 Tablet contains Gabapentin (anti-convulsant), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), and alpha-lipoic acid (antioxidant). Gabapentin modulates calcium channel activity of the brain cells, thereby decreasing pain. Methylcobalamin helps rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. Alpha-lipoic acid helps provide a protective effect on the nerve tissues and brain. Together, Axofit-G 300 Tablet helps provide relief from neuropathic pain caused due to nerve damage and other neurological disorders.

Take Axofit-G 300 Tablet with or without food. Swallow Axofit-G 300 Tablet as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew, or break the tablet.
