You can take Biotor Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule with food or without food. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, or break it. In some cases, you may experience headaches, dizziness, ankle swelling (oedema), slow heart rate, diarrhoea, and nausea.
