BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML belongs to a group of medicines called gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues indicated in infertility treatment. Besides this, it can also used to treat endometriosis. Infertility is a condition in which a woman cannot become pregnant even after having carefully timed, unprotected sex for a year. Endometriosis is a painful disorder in which the tissue that generally lines the endometrium (inside the uterus) grows outside the uterus.

BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML contains Buserelin, a synthetic version of the hormone that naturally occurs in the body. It works by stopping the production of natural hormones that control ovulation. Synthetic hormones are then used to stimulate ovulation artificially. BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML helps relieve symptoms of endometriosis by reducing the production of female sex hormones by acting on the pituitary gland.

You are advised to use BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML for as long as your doctor prescribes it, depending on your medical condition. Sometimes, BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML may cause side effects like diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Avoid using BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML if you are pregnant, think you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have abnormal menstrual bleeding. Consult your doctor immediately if you become pregnant while on treatment with BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML. This medicine may cause dizziness, drowsiness or blurred eyesight; do not drive if you experience these symptoms. Inform your doctor about your health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.

Do not use BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML if you are allergic to any of its components, if you have abnormal menstrual bleeding, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop using BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML and consult the doctor immediately if you become pregnant while on treatment with BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML. BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML is not intended for use in men. Inform the doctor if you have depression, high blood pressure, diabetes, polycystic ovarian disease, heart/blood vessel conditions, heart rhythm problems, metabolic bone disease or risk factors for osteoporosis like smoking, chronic alcohol abuse, a family history of osteoporosis, or if you are on long-term treatment with corticosteroids or anticonvulsants. Stop using BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML and consult a doctor immediately if you experience symptoms of serious side effect called ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, such as diarrhoea, weight gain, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, passing less urine, feeling sick or being sick, pain, swelling or a feeling of tension in your stomach. Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is more likely to occur if you are taking other hormones along with BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML as a part of infertility treatment. Consult the doctor straight away if you notice bruising more easily than usual, signs of infections (fever, sore throat or mouth ulcers), severe headache, eyesight problems, or high blood pressure (crushing chest pain, problems with eyesight, confusion, tiredness and an uneven heartbeat).

• Include fibrous foods, iron-rich foods, foods rich in essential fatty acids, and anti-oxidant-rich foods in the diet.
• Practice meditation and yoga. 
• Avoid or limit caffeine intake.
• Include healthy fruits and vegetables in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Try relaxation therapy. Read a book or listen to soothing music.
• Exercise moderately.
• Do yoga or meditation, as it helps relieve stress.

• The use of this medicine may lead to positive results in doping tests. Additionally, misuse as a doping agent may harm your health.
• BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML might affect certain blood test results; particularly, it may affect the levels of liver enzymes and fats in the blood shown in blood tests. Therefore, if you are undergoing any tests, inform the doctor that you are on treatment with BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML.
• Regular monitoring of blood pressure and blood glucose levels is advised.
• Women are recommended to have a pregnancy test to make sure they are not pregnant before using BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML.

Endometriosis: Endometriosis is a painful disorder in which the tissue that generally lines the endometrium (inside the uterus) grows outside the uterus. Endometriosis usually occurs when the endometrial tissue grows on the ovaries, pelvis lining, and fallopian tubes. Symptoms include pelvic pain, painful periods, pain in the abdomen during and before menstruation, heavy menstrual bleeding, discomfort during bowel movements, lower back pain during menstruation, pain during sexual intercourse, and cramps 1-2 weeks around menstruation.
