About Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's

Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's belongs to the class of anti-hypertensives primarily taken to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce stroke risk in patients with high blood pressure. Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's is a combination medication generally used when a single medicine cannot control high blood pressure. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a life-long or chronic condition in which the force exerted against the artery wall becomes too high. It can lead to the risk of heart diseases like heart attack and stroke.

Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's contains nebivolol and hydrochlorothiazide. Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works on the heart particularly to lower heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. The diuretic hydrochlorothiazide lowers blood pressure by removing excess water and electrolytes from the body. It also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow over time.

Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's should be taken as the doctor prescribes based on your medical condition. You may experience nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, headache, dizziness, decreased potassium level in the blood, increased blood uric acid, altered blood lipid level, breathlessness, swelling of hands & feet, paresthesia (burning sensation of the skin), decreased magnesium level in the blood, increased calcium level in blood. Most of these side effects of Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Before taking the Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's, let your doctor know about all your allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to medicines or food. Before taking Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's, inform your doctor about your medical history and other medications you are currently taking to rule out any potential negative effects. It is recommended not to take Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Medicinal Benefits

Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's is a combination of Nebivolol (beta-blockers/ blood pressure-lowering medicines) and Hydrochlorothiazide (thiazide diuretic or water pill). Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works on the heart specifically to lower heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. The diuretic hydrochlorothiazide lowers blood pressure by removing excess water and electrolytes from the body. It also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow over time. Thus Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's lowers blood pressure and prevents the risk of stroke, heart attack and oedema (fluid overload).

Storage

Keep Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's out of the sight and reach of children.
