People with an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia), and phenylketonuria (too much of protein phenylalanine in the blood) should not take Domi Up Spray 15ml as it may cause serious conditions. • Do not use Domi Up Spray 15ml with Apomorphine as it can cause a sudden fall of blood pressure leading to death or coma.
• Domi Up Spray 15ml contains 'phenylalanine' so if you have Phenylketonuria (PKU) avoid its intake.
