It works by enhancing the amount of mood-enhancing chemicals serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain. Do not take Duvanta NP 40 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor before taking Duvanta NP 40 Tablet 10's if you have liver or kidney disease, slow digestion, bleeding problems, narrow-angle glaucoma, bipolar disorder. Avoid taking Duvanta NP 40 Tablet 10's within 5 days before or 14 days after you have used an MAO inhibitor, such as isocarboxazid, methylene blue injection, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, or tranylcypromine.
