Flatuna Tablet is an anti-flatulent medicine that relieves intestinal gas and gastrointestinal distress, cramps or odour associated with indigestion, postprandial dyspepsia (indigestion after meal), post-operative abdominal distention (abnormally swollen abdomen), and menopause bloating. It contains simethicone and activated charcoal. It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract.

Flatuna Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines called anti-flatulent, used to treat intestinal gas, painful pressure, poisoning, and swelling in the abdomen. Intestinal gas (Flatulence) and bloating occur due to the accumulation of gas or air in the digestive system.

Flatuna Tablet 10's is a combination of two drugs: Simethicone and Activated Charcoal are anti-flatulent medications. Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Activated Charcoal helps to reduce the volume of intestinal gas and produces discernible relief. 

You are advised to take Flatuna Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as dark stools and constipation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time.
