Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray 7 gm belongs to the class of medications called 'antiallergic' medicine. It is used to treat perennial allergic rhinitis. Perennial allergic rhinitis is an inflammatory condition which can occur for an hour or last for more days throughout the year. Symptoms may include sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose or watery eyes. 

Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray 7 gm is a combination of Fluticasone furoate (corticosteroid) and Oxymetazoline (decongestants). Fluticasone furoate inhibits the release of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions. On the other hand, Oxymetazoline contract and narrows the blood vessels in the linings of nasal passages. Thus, helps provide relief from allergic rhinitis.

Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray 7 gm should be used as advised by your doctor. Your doctor will recommend how often you need to take Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray 7 gm based on your medical condition. This medicine may cause certain common side effects such as headache, taste changes or nose bleeds. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Perennial allergic rhinitis

Nasal Spray: Use Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray 7 gm as prescribed by your doctor. Check the label for directions before using Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray 7 gm. Shake the bottle and remove the cap of the container. Close one nostril and insert the tip of the bottle into another nostril. Now spray the liquid towards the sides of the nostril while keeping your head straight and breathe gently. Repeat the same process for another nostril.

• Add ginger to foods or tea as it contains some anti-inflammatory compounds and reduces cough, irritation and swelling in nasal passages.
• Staying hydrated to get relief from runny nose, cough, and sneezing.
• Try to do deep breathing, regular exercise, and try progressive muscle relaxation techniques to get relief from stress.
• It is advised to avoid contact with known allergens (allergy-causing agents) such as pollen, dust, etc. Certain food items are known to cause allergies to you.
