About Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI

Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI belongs to the class of medications called 'antiallergic' medicine. It is used to treat perennial allergic rhinitis. Perennial allergic rhinitis is an inflammatory condition which can occur for an hour or last for more days throughout the year. Symptoms may include sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose or watery eyes. 

Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI is a combination of Fluticasone furoate (corticosteroid) and Oxymetazoline (decongestants). Fluticasone furoate inhibits the release of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions. On the other hand, Oxymetazoline contract and narrows the blood vessels in the linings of nasal passages. Thus, helps provide relief from allergic rhinitis.

Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI should be used as advised by your doctor. Your doctor will recommend how often you need to take Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI based on your medical condition. This medicine may cause certain common side effects such as headache, taste changes or nose bleeds. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Directions for Use

Nasal Spray: Use Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI as prescribed by your doctor. Check the label for directions before using Nazomac-OX Nasal Spray 70 MDI. Shake the bottle and remove the cap of the container. Close one nostril and insert the tip of the bottle into another nostril. Now spray the liquid towards the sides of the nostril while keeping your head straight and breathe gently. Repeat the same process for another nostril.
