Gabacol Trio 100 Tablet 10's contains Gabapentin (anti-convulsant), mecobalamin (vitamin B12), and alpha-lipoic acid (antioxidant). Gabapentin modulates the calcium channel activity of the brain cells, thereby decreasing pain. Mecobalamin helps rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. Alpha-lipoic acid helps provide a protective effect on the nerve tissues and the brain. Together, Gabacol Trio 100 Tablet 10's helps provide relief from neuropathic pain caused due to nerve damage and other neurological disorders. 
 
Take Gabacol Trio 100 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, nausea and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
