Trynew-100 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat neuropathic pain. Neuropathic pain is a chronic progressive nerve disease that causes nerve pain due to damaged sensory nerves. Symptoms include spontaneous, untriggered pain, unpleasant feeling, shooting, burning or stabbing pain, difficulty resting or sleeping and evoked pain (pain caused by events that are usually not painful). Trynew-100 Tablet may be used in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, drug-induced neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and trigeminal neuralgia.

Trynew-100 Tablet contains Gabapentin (anti-convulsant), mecobalamin (vitamin B12), and alpha-lipoic acid (antioxidant). Gabapentin modulates the calcium channel activity of the brain cells, thereby decreasing pain. Mecobalamin helps rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. Alpha-lipoic acid helps provide a protective effect on the nerve tissues and the brain. Together, Trynew-100 Tablet helps provide relief from neuropathic pain caused due to nerve damage and other neurological disorders. 
 
Take Trynew-100 Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, nausea and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Consult your doctor before starting Trynew-100 Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Trynew-100 Tablet may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Limited information is available regarding the usage of Trynew-100 Tablet in children; please consult a doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Trynew-100 Tablet as it could lead to increased dizziness and sleepiness. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and medicines to rule out any side effects.

Do not take Trynew-100 Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents. Consult your doctor if you are on haemodialysis and experience muscle pain or weakness, persistent stomach pain, nausea or vomiting. • Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Meditation and yoga can help lower stress, decrease pain sensitivity and improves coping skills.
• Physical relaxation and massages can help provide symptomatic relief.
• Learn about sitting, stretching, moving, and standing techniques from a physical or occupational therapist. These can help prevent pain.
• Acupuncture can be helpful by stimulating pressure points.
• Using essential oils for massages can help increase circulation and boosts healing.
