Hepamerz 150 mg/100 mg Tablet contains L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate and Pancreatin. L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate helps increase the levels of amino acids, ornithine and aspartic acid in the body. This increase in the amino acids helps in ammonia detoxification (ammonia is a toxic waste product that needs to be eliminated from the body). Pancreatin is a digestive enzyme that is a combination of lipase, protease, and amylase enzymes. Medical conditions like inflammation of the pancreas can cause digestive issues by lacking these enzymes. Pancreatin helps in replacing these enzymes and helps in the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

• Please take foods rich in probiotics such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, miso, kombucha, buttermilk, natto, and cheese.

• Smoking can irritate the stomach lining, hence please avoid it.
