Lupimeg 500 mg Tablet may cause certain side effects such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, headache and allergic reactions. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. • Lupimeg 500 mg Tablet may sometimes cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels) as a side effect. Try to carry candies or sugar biscuits in your pocket every time you feel symptoms such as sweating, dizziness, palpitations, shivering, intense thirst, dry mouth, dry skin, frequent urination, etc.
