Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm belongs to the class of dermatological medications, primarily used to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections. Skin infection occurs when foreign microorganisms like fungi or bacteria invade the skin and affect the tissues.

Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm consists of Miconazole nitrate, Mometasone furoate, and Nadifloxacin. Miconazole nitrate stops the growth of fungi by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Mometasone furoate inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Nadifloxacin works by interfering with the bacterial enzyme that repairs and replicates bacteria's DNA (genetic material).

Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal agent that stops the growth of fungi by causing damage and leakage to the fungal cell membrane. Mometasone furoate is a corticosteroid. • Eat foods rich in quercetin (a flavonoid), such as apples, cherries, broccoli, spinach, and blueberries.
• Consuming foods rich in probiotics helps develop the immune system against allergies.
• Limit intake of food that might trigger allergies, such as dairy products, soy, eggs, and nuts.
• Avoid consuming foods with excess sugar as it may flare up inflammation.
• Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and fish in your diet.
• Avoiding getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents, and rough fabrics.
