Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm belongs to the class of dermatological medications, primarily used to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections. Skin infection occurs when foreign microorganisms like fungi or bacteria invade the skin and affect the tissues.
Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm consists of Miconazole nitrate, Mometasone furoate, and Nadifloxacin. Miconazole nitrate stops the growth of fungi by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Mometasone furoate inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Nadifloxacin works by interfering with the bacterial enzyme that repairs and replicates bacteria's DNA (genetic material).
Use Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm as advised. Common side effects of Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm include dry skin, burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. These side effects usually do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist longer, please seek medical help.
Do not use topical Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm on open wounds, blisters and lesions. Do not put a dressing or bandage on the affected area since it increases the risk of side effects. Let your doctor know if you have a medical history of liver/kidney diseases or allergic reactions to medicines. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use Naditret Plus Cream 10 gm with proper consultation and caution.
