Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S belongs to a class of medicines known as 'cardiovascular agents' primarily used to prevent heart attack and stroke, especially in patients after bypass heart surgery. Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S is composed of three medicines, namely: Aspirin, clopidogrel, rosuvastatin. Take Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S as prescribed by your doctor. Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S is used to prevent myocardial infarction (heart attack), stroke or peripheral vascular disease. Also, salicylates in Aspirin of Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S can pass into the breast milk and cause rashes and bleeding issues in infants. Drug-Drug Interactions: Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S may interact with blood thinners (rivaroxaban, apixaban, warfarin, heparin, phenindione, ticlopidine, coumarin), gout medicines (probenecid), anti-cancer or anti-arthritis drug (methotrexate), anti-platelet drugs (clopidogrel, dipyridamole), antidepressants (lithium, sertraline, paroxetine), immune-related drugs (cyclosporine, tacrolimus), anti-epilepsy drug (valproate, phenytoin), pain killers (meloxicam, celecoxib, naproxen, ibuprofen), anti-diabetic drugs (insulin glargine), blood pressure medicines (lisinopril), cholesterol-lowering drugs (gemfibrozil, fenofibrate), antacids and oral contraceptives.

Drug-Food Interactions: Limit alcohol intake since it may cause a rise in blood pressure leading to heart diseases. Avoid fatty foods to help control your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Caffeine may have minor interactions with Aspirin in Prezivas Gold 10 Cap 10'S.
