Telinex LNC Tablet 10's contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine and Telmisartan. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water tablet) that increases the removal of excess water and certain salts such as sodium and potassium from the blood. This removal of water from blood reduces the fluid volume circulating through blood vessels and improves blood flow. Cilnidipine and Telmisartan relaxes and widens blood vessels. Thus, Telinex LNC Tablet 10's lowers high blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart problems.

Can I take ibuprofen with Telinex LNC Tablet 10's?

You are not recommended to take ibuprofen with Telinex LNC Tablet 10's as it may reduce the effect of Telinex LNC Tablet 10's and increase the risk of impaired kidney function. However, if you experience loss of appetite, sudden weight loss or weight gain, weakness, muscle cramps, vomiting, nausea, decreased or increased urination, irregular heart rhythm, and fluid retention, please consult a doctor immediately.
