Tolnos SR 450 Tablet 10's containsTolperisone, a muscle relaxant. It works on the spinal cord and centers in the brain to relieve contraction or muscle stiffness without a decrease in strength. It increases the supply of blood to the muscles. This improves the movement and pain of muscles.

Take Tolnos SR 450 Tablet 10's as prescribed. You are advised to take Tolnos SR 450 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. You may experience certain common side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, diarrhea, sweating, abdominal pain, and weakness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

• Do not stop taking Tolnos SR 450 Tablet 10's suddenly without informing your doctor if you have been on it for a long time.

• Regular monitoring of kidney function and liver function is advised during treatment with Tolnos SR 450 Tablet 10's.
