Ulistorm 100000IU Injection contains Ulinastatin as an active ingredient, which belongs to the protease inhibitor class of drugs. It works by inhibiting serine proteases, including trypsin, chymotrypsin, kallikrein, plasmin, thrombin, factors IXa, Xa, XIa, and XlIa. This helps prevent organ dysfunction.
