About Zotelet 25mg Tablet

Zotelet 25mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called anti-psychotics used to treat schizophrenia. It may also be used to treat psychosis and other similar conditions. Schizophrenia is a medical condition in which the person may feel, hear or see things that are not there, believe things that are not true, or feel unusually suspicious or confused. 
 
Zotelet 25mg Tablet contains Zotepine, which works by modulating the action of chemical messengers in the brain which affect thoughts. Thereby, it helps treat schizophrenia.
 
In some cases, Zotelet 25mg Tablet may cause side effects like dry mouth, drowsiness, weight gain, sweating, and movement disorders. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, talk to the doctor if any of the side effects persist or worsen.
 
Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate machinery as Zotelet 25mg Tablet may cause drowsiness and blurred vision. Do not take Zotelet 25mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components.
