Cartigra Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines called 'nutritional supplements' used to treat joint problems. Cartigra Tablet 10's is used for the maintenance of joints, muscles, cartilage, the integrity of joints, bone health, joint pain, arthritic pain, stiffness, low back pain, tendonitis or tendinopathy (tendon pain). Joint pain refers to the joints' discomfort, pain, stiffness, and soreness. 

Cartigra Tablet 10's contains Collagen peptide type 1, Sodium hyaluronate, Chondroitin sulphate, and Vitamin C. Collagen peptide type 1 helps in the regeneration of cartilage, thereby providing strength to the bones and improving joints' flexibility. Sodium hyaluronate acts as a lubricant in the joints and prevents friction between the joints. Chondroitin sulphate prevents the breakdown of collagen tissue in the joints. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant that helps iron absorption, synthesises new collagen fibres, and new blood vessel formation, and promotes healing at the joint site. Together, Cartigra Tablet 10's helps provide relief from pain and stiffness in the joints. 

Take Cartigra Tablet 10's as recommended. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as heartburn, stomach pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

• Performing yoga may also help in improving joint flexibility and pain management.
• Maintain a healthy weight by performing regular low-strain exercises and eating healthy food.
• Get adequate sleep as resting the muscles can help in reducing inflammation and swelling.
• Follow heat or cold therapy, apply a cold or hot compress on the joints for 15-20minutes regularly.
• De-stress yourself by meditating, reading books, taking a warm bubble bath or listening to soothing music.
• Acupuncture, massage and physical therapy may also be helpful.
• Eat food rich in antioxidants such as berries, spinach, kidney beans, dark chocolate, etc.
• Foods containing flavonoids help in reducing inflammation. These include soy, berries, broccoli, grapes and green tea.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
