Take Goodfol-LC Tablet as prescribed. The common side-effects of Goodfol-LC Tablet are diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and vomiting. These side effects are mild and don’t require medical attention. However, inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Goodfol-LC Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents. Do not take antacids before or after 2 hours of taking Goodfol-LC Tablet as they may interfere with the action of Goodfol-LC Tablet . 

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, liver and kidney, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.
• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

• Serum levels of mecobalamin present in Goodfol-LC Tablet may be lowered by the use of oral contraceptives.
• Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly while using Goodfol-LC Tablet .
