Nervijen XT Capsule belongs to the class of 'multivitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. It could lead to various health problems, including defective bone growth, skin disorders, digestive issues, and dementia (memory loss). 

Nervijen XT Capsule contains L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and Methylcobalamin. L-Methylfolate helps in producing new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is a water-soluble vitamin involved in protein, fat, carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.

• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

• Clinical monitoring of vitamins B12 and B6 levels through blood examinations is recommended.
