Rejoint UC Capsule is used to strengthen bones, promote bone growth, enhance wound repair, healing and provide lubrication to the joints. Rejoint UC Capsule is also used in the treatment of various bone disorders such as osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue surrounding the joints. 

Rejoint UC Capsule contains Undenatured Type II Collagen. Collagen is a natural component of skin and bone cartilage. Rejoint UC Capsule strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping with the production of bone cartilage and providing lubrication to joints and bones. It also helps enhance the production of bone and muscle cells and aids in strengthening the natural musculoskeletal system of the body.

Rejoint UC Capsule may be taken with or without food. It does not generally cause any side effects. In very rare cases, Rejoint UC Capsule may cause side effects, such as stomach ache. Drug-Disease Interactions: Rejoint UC Capsule should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder or collagen allergy.

• Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.
• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
• Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
• Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
• Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
• Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers. Smoking can also interfere with the metabolism of Rejoint UC Capsule . 

Osteoarthritis: Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. It occurs due to the breakdown of cartilage that cushions and protects the bones. The disease progresses gradually and tends to worsen if not treated. Symptoms include joint pain in the hips, lower back, knees and hands. It is commonly seen in post-menopausal women.
