Plaque psoriasis is the most common form of psoriasis. It causes dry, itchy, raised skin patches (plaques) covered with scales.
Sorvate Ointment contains the active substance calcitriol. It works by lowering the activity of immune cells in the skin and helps to inhibit the formation of excess skin cells that can stack up and create scales on the skin.
