The most common side effects are irritation, pain, blurred vision. They do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. • Drink more water, it has a big part to play in tear production.

• Take eye breaks during long tasks and keep your computer screen below eye level.
• Stop smoking and avoid drinking alcohol.
• Use eyeglasses when you are going out.
