Ambulax ET Tablet 10's is a combination drug containing 'anti-anxiety medication,' primarily used to treat anxiety disorder. An anxiety disorder is a mental condition characterized by feelings of excessive fear or worry that affect an individual's daily activities. High levels of anxiety can cause panic attacks, with intense feelings of nervousness, fear, sudden onset of sweating, hyperventilation, fast heartbeat, and skin flushing.

Ambulax ET Tablet 10's contains Etizolam (benzodiazepine) and Propanolol (a beta-blocker), used to treat anxiety. Etizolam works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger GABA, which suppresses the excessive and abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propanolol works by blocking a certain chemical messenger in the heart and blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and workload on the heart.

Take Ambulax ET Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Ambulax ET Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience confusion, slow heart rate, memory impairment, tiredness, cold extremities, uncoordinated body movements, drowsiness. Most of these side effects of Ambulax ET Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.  

If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor Ambulax ET Tablet 10's contains Etizolam, a habit-forming drug, so take it in dose and duration prescribed by a doctor. Do not stop taking Ambulax ET Tablet 10's even if you feel better as it may lead to withdrawal symptoms. Ambulax ET Tablet 10's is known to cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery. Do not take Ambulax ET Tablet 10's with opioids as it may cause breathing problems, drowsiness, coma, and even death.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Ambulax ET Tablet 10's may have interaction with high blood pressure-lowering medicines (clonidine, moxonidine, lofexidine, hydralazine, minoxidil, nitroprusside), fits related drugs (phenytoin, clonazepam, alprazolam, escitalopram, carbamazepine), antidepressants (paroxetine, fluvoxamine, trazodone), anti-allergic medication (cetirizine), opioid pain killers (bupropion, morphine, codeine), drugs used to treat heartburn (cisapride), sedative-hypnotics (zolpidem), drugs used to treat low blood sugar (diazoxide), antifungals (fluconazole), drugs for stomach ulcers (cimetidine, esomeprazole, omeprazole), antipsychotics (clozapine), drugs to treat chronic alcoholism (disulfiram).

Drug-Food Interaction: Ambulax ET Tablet 10's may interact with alcohol. Therefore, avoid alcohol intake while taking Ambulax ET Tablet 10's as it may increase side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, or difficulty in concentrating.

Drug-Disease Interaction: If you have myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), pulmonary insufficiency, kidney or liver problems, diabetes, heart problem, inform your doctor before taking Ambulax ET Tablet 10's.

• Avoid watching tv, using mobiles or laptops just before bedtime.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase drowsiness

• Do not take Ambulax ET Tablet 10's for a prolonged time as it may lead to mental or physical dependence on Ambulax ET Tablet 10's.
• Ambulax ET Tablet 10's causes drowsiness. Avoid doing activities that require your complete focus and attention, like driving when on this drug.
• An abrupt stoppage of Ambulax ET Tablet 10's can lead to significant withdrawal symptoms. Always discuss with your doctor about decreasing the dosage before completely stopping its usage.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while on Ambulax ET Tablet 10's as it can lead to dangerous side effects.
• Ambulax ET Tablet 10's is unsafe for usage if you're pregnant or are planning to get pregnant. Discuss with your doctor in such situations about changing/replacing the medicine with safer alternatives.
• To avoid getting addicted to this drug, take it only in prescribed quantities and only as directed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate.
