An anxiety disorder is a mental condition characterized by feelings of excessive fear or worry that affect an individual's daily activities. High levels of anxiety can cause panic attacks, with intense feelings of nervousness, fear, sudden onset of sweating, hyperventilation, fast heartbeat, and skin flushing.

Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's contains Etizolam (benzodiazepine) and Propanolol (a beta-blocker), used to treat anxiety. Etizolam works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger GABA, which suppresses the excessive and abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propanolol works by blocking a certain chemical messenger in the heart and blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and workload on the heart.

Take Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience confusion, slow heart rate, memory impairment, tiredness, cold extremities, uncoordinated body movements, drowsiness. Most of these side effects of Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.  

If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's contains Etizolam, a habit-forming drug, so take it in dose and duration prescribed by a doctor. Do not take Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's with opioids as it may cause breathing problems, drowsiness, coma, and even death.

• Do regular exercise and maintain healthy body weight.
• Maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• Avoid fried foods, high-fat dairy products, pastries, and processed foods as they may worsen anxiety.
• Follow a regular sleep pattern. Do not take a nap during day time.
• Avoid watching tv, using mobiles or laptops just before bedtime.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase drowsiness

• Do not take Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's for a prolonged time as it may lead to mental or physical dependence on Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's.
• Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's causes drowsiness. Avoid doing activities that require your complete focus and attention, like driving when on this drug.
• An abrupt stoppage of Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's can lead to significant withdrawal symptoms. Always discuss with your doctor about decreasing the dosage before completely stopping its usage.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while on Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's as it can lead to dangerous side effects.
• Ambulax-ET Tablet 15's is unsafe for usage if you're pregnant or are planning to get pregnant. Discuss with your doctor in such situations about changing/replacing the medicine with safer alternatives.
• To avoid getting addicted to this drug, take it only in prescribed quantities and only as directed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate.
