Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's is a combination drug containing 'anti-anxiety medication,' primarily used to treat anxiety disorder. An anxiety disorder is a mental condition characterized by feelings of excessive fear or worry that affect an individual's daily activities. High levels of anxiety can cause panic attacks, with intense feelings of nervousness, fear, sudden onset of sweating, hyperventilation, fast heartbeat, and skin flushing.

Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's contains Etizolam (benzodiazepine) and Propanolol (a beta-blocker), used to treat anxiety. Etizolam works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger GABA, which suppresses the excessive and abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propanolol works by blocking a certain chemical messenger in the heart and blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and workload on the heart.

Take Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience confusion, slow heart rate, memory impairment, tiredness, cold extremities, uncoordinated body movements, drowsiness. Most of these side effects of Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.  

If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's contains Etizolam, a habit-forming drug, so take it in dose and duration prescribed by a doctor. Do not take Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's or any of its ingredients. Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's should be used with caution in elderly patients as there is an increased risk of adverse reactions such as dizziness, muscle weakness, and drowsiness. Inform your doctor if you have myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), chronic pulmonary insufficiency, drug addiction, kidney or liver problems before taking Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's. Do not take Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's with opioids as it may cause breathing problems, drowsiness, coma, and even death.

• Do regular exercise and maintain healthy body weight.
• Maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• Avoid fried foods, high-fat dairy products, pastries, and processed foods as they may worsen anxiety.
• Follow a regular sleep pattern. Do not take a nap during day time.
• Avoid watching tv, using mobiles or laptops just before bedtime.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase drowsiness

• An abrupt stoppage of Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's can lead to significant withdrawal symptoms. Always discuss with your doctor about decreasing the dosage before completely stopping its usage.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while on Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's as it can lead to dangerous side effects.
• Eteolam Plus Tablet 10's is unsafe for usage if you're pregnant or are planning to get pregnant. Discuss with your doctor in such situations about changing/replacing the medicine with safer alternatives.
• To avoid getting addicted to this drug, take it only in prescribed quantities and only as directed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate.
