Amthro SF Kit comprises three medicines: Azithromycin (antibiotic), Fluconazole (antifungal), and Secnidazole (antibiotic). Azithromycin belongs to the class of 'macrolide antibiotics'. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which inhibits bacterial growth. Fluconazole belongs to the class of 'azole antifungal' agents. It stops the growth of fungi by causing damage and leakage to the fungal cell membrane. Secnidazole is an antibiotic that belongs to the class of 'amoebicides'. It works by stopping the growth of infection-causing bacteria.

Common side effects of Amthro SF Kit include taste changes, vomiting, headache, dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, and loss of appetite. Do not drive or operate machinery if you experience dizziness or other side effects that may affect your mental ability to drive. Avoid alcohol consumption along with Amthro SF Kit to avoid undesirable effects like flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure. Do not take any antacids containing magnesium or aluminum for up to two hours after using Amthro SF Kit.

• Use mild soap while taking baths and prefer warm baths.
• Avoid harsh products on your skin.
• Manage stress, eat healthily, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, and get plenty of sleep.
• Avoid or limit the intake of alcohol and caffeine.
