About Clairmel Cream

Clairmel Cream is used to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation. Clairmel Cream protects the skin from harmful UV radiation and reduces discolouration. Melasma is a skin condition in which brown and patchy pigmentation appears on the skin.

Clairmel Cream contains tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, magnesium, vitamin e and mulberry extract. Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation and protects skin from UV radiation. Kojic acid and arbutin suppress the formation of melanin (skin pigment). Vitamin E and magnesium provide essential nutrients. Mulberry extract reduces wrinkles and prevents premature ageing.

Use Clairmel Cream as advised by the doctor. In some cases, Clairmel Cream may cause common side effects such as redness, rash and dry skin. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects consistently.

Please inform the doctor if you are allergic to any of the components of Clairmel Cream. Consult your doctor before using Clairmel Cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you are currently on any birth control/contraceptive pills containing hormones as they may interact with Clairmel Cream. Avoid contact of Clairmel Cream with eyes or mouth. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with water thoroughly.

In addition, Clairmel Cream also protects the skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun. Clairmel Cream prevents ageing and eases the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by preventing skin damage by free radicals. In addition, it shows antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties also, thereby enhancing the overall appearance of skin and complexion.
