Mela-ACT Cream 15 gm contains tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, magnesium, vitamin e and mulberry extract. Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation and protects skin from UV radiation. Kojic acid and arbutin suppress the formation of melanin (skin pigment). Vitamin E and magnesium provide essential nutrients. Mulberry extract reduces wrinkles and prevents premature ageing.
Use Mela-ACT Cream 15 gm as advised by the doctor. In some cases, Mela-ACT Cream 15 gm may cause common side effects such as redness, rash and dry skin.
