About Pentavin Injection 1 ml

Pentavin Injection 1 ml belongs to a group of medicines called opiates/narcotic analgesics used to relieve moderate to severe pain. It is indicated in the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic for which alternative treatment is inadequate. It is also used as a pre-anaesthetic or pre-operative medication and as a supplement to surgical anaesthesia.
 
Pentavin Injection 1 ml contains ‘Pentazocine’, which works by changing the way the nervous system and brain respond to pain. Thereby, Pentavin Injection 1 ml helps provide relief from pain.
