About Roxor ER 500 Tablet

Roxor ER 500 Tablet belongs to the class of anti-anginal medications. It is used alone or with other medicines to treat angina pectoris. Angina pectoris is discomfort in the chest or chest pain, which generally occurs due to coronary artery disease (CAD) when an adequate amount of oxygen and blood is not reaching the heart and its muscles. It can also be due to the blockage of the heart's arteries.
