Dolutegravir increases the immune cells that help fight infections in the body and decreases the amount of HIV in the blood. Lamivudine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate work by interfering with the working of nucleotide and nucleoside reverse transcriptase enzymes which are necessary for the reproduction of the virus. You are advised to take Diltra 50 mg/300 mg/300 mg Tablet 30's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as fatigue, diarrhoea, headache, pain, rash, depression, fever, cough, and insomnia. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Practise safe sex and other necessary precautions as Diltra 50 mg/300 mg/300 mg Tablet 30's does not prevent the spread of HIV infection. Do not take Diltra 50 mg/300 mg/300 mg Tablet 30's if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have a history of hepatitis B or C infection, bone problems, pancreas disorder, kidney/liver problems, or if you are taking dofetilide (anti-arrhythmic agent).
