About Nitrohart Tablet
Nitrohart Tablet belongs to a group of heart-related medicines called 'vasodilators used to treat heart failure. Heart failure occurs when the heart muscle does not pump blood normally, including shortness of breath, swollen legs, fatigue and increased heartbeat. In this condition, the heart becomes too weak and cannot pump enough blood and oxygen to the organs and tissues of our body.
Nitrohart Tablet is a fixed-dose combination composed of two medicines: Isosorbide dinitrate and Hydralazine. Isosorbide dinitrate is a group of drugs known as nitrates that relax the heart's muscles and widen the heart's veins and arteries for easy flow of blood to every part of our body. It is used to treat angina (chest pain) and other heart-related diseases due to a shortage of oxygen and blood. Hydralazine belongs to a group of drugs known as vasodilators which help lowers raised blood pressure by relaxing and widening the heart's muscles.
