Pubnol-ET Tablet is a combination drug containing 'anti-anxiety medication,' primarily used to treat anxiety disorder. An anxiety disorder is a mental condition characterized by feelings of excessive fear or worry that affect an individual's daily activities. High levels of anxiety can cause panic attacks, with intense feelings of nervousness, fear, sudden onset of sweating, hyperventilation, fast heartbeat, and skin flushing.

Pubnol-ET Tablet contains Etizolam (benzodiazepine) and Propanolol (a beta-blocker), used to treat anxiety. Etizolam works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger GABA, which suppresses the excessive and abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propanolol works by blocking a certain chemical messenger in the heart and blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and workload on the heart.

Take Pubnol-ET Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Pubnol-ET Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience confusion, slow heart rate, memory impairment, tiredness, cold extremities, uncoordinated body movements, drowsiness. Most of these side effects of Pubnol-ET Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.  

If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor Pubnol-ET Tablet contains Etizolam, a habit-forming drug, so take it in dose and duration prescribed by a doctor. Do not stop taking Pubnol-ET Tablet even if you feel better as it may lead to withdrawal symptoms. Pubnol-ET Tablet is known to cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may reduce the effectiveness of Pubnol-ET Tablet .

Do not take Pubnol-ET Tablet if you are allergic to Pubnol-ET Tablet or any of its ingredients. Do not take Pubnol-ET Tablet with opioids as it may cause breathing problems, drowsiness, coma, and even death.

• Do regular exercise and maintain healthy body weight.
• Maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• Avoid fried foods, high-fat dairy products, pastries, and processed foods as they may worsen anxiety.
• Follow a regular sleep pattern. Do not take a nap during day time.
• Avoid watching tv, using mobiles or laptops just before bedtime.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase drowsiness

• Pubnol-ET Tablet causes drowsiness. Avoid doing activities that require your complete focus and attention, like driving when on this drug.
• An abrupt stoppage of Pubnol-ET Tablet can lead to significant withdrawal symptoms. Always discuss with your doctor about decreasing the dosage before completely stopping its usage.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while on Pubnol-ET Tablet  as it can lead to dangerous side effects.
• Pubnol-ET Tablet is unsafe for usage if you're pregnant or are planning to get pregnant. Discuss with your doctor in such situations about changing/replacing the medicine with safer alternatives.
• To avoid getting addicted to this drug, take it only in prescribed quantities and only as directed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate.
