Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet contains Etizolam (benzodiazepine) and Propanolol (a beta-blocker), used to treat anxiety. Etizolam works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger GABA, which suppresses the excessive and abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propanolol works by blocking a certain chemical messenger in the heart and blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and workload on the heart.

Take Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience confusion, slow heart rate, memory impairment, tiredness, cold extremities, uncoordinated body movements, drowsiness. Most of these side effects of Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Do not take Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet if you are allergic to Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet or any of its ingredients. Do not take Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet with opioids as it may cause breathing problems, drowsiness, coma, and even death.

• Do regular exercise and maintain healthy body weight.
• Maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• Avoid fried foods, high-fat dairy products, pastries, and processed foods as they may worsen anxiety.
• Follow a regular sleep pattern. Do not take a nap during day time.
• Avoid watching tv, using mobiles or laptops just before bedtime.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase drowsiness

• Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet causes drowsiness. Avoid doing activities that require your complete focus and attention, like driving when on this drug.
• An abrupt stoppage of Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet can lead to significant withdrawal symptoms. Always discuss with your doctor about decreasing the dosage before completely stopping its usage.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while on Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet  as it can lead to dangerous side effects.
• Etweet-Beta 20/0.5 Tablet is unsafe for usage if you're pregnant or are planning to get pregnant. Discuss with your doctor in such situations about changing/replacing the medicine with safer alternatives.
• To avoid getting addicted to this drug, take it only in prescribed quantities and only as directed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate.
