They reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area. Rutoside is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It prevents further swelling and inflammation by neutralizing the chemicals (free radicals) that cause cell damage.
Take BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN with or without food as prescribed by your doctor and swallow it whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it.
