Psoriasis is a skin disorder in which skin cells multiply up to 10 times faster than normal, which leads to the build-up of skin into bumpy (uneven) red patches covered with white scales. It also helps in the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.  On the other Lactic acid helps to improve the natural moisture of the skin and keep the skin hydrated. It also promotes collagen renewal and firmness of the skin.
