Clonazepam+paracetamol is composed of two medicines: clonazepam (reduce anxiety) and Paracetamol (reduce pain, inflammation, and fever). Clonazepam works by increasing levels of brain cell (neuron) calming chemical, known as gamma-amino-butyric-acid (GABA) in your brain that helps to relieve anxiety, stop seizures attacks (fits), and cause relaxation of the tense muscles. Besides this, Clonazepam+paracetamol also relieves temporary insomnia (sleeplessness) due to anxiety disorders.
