Drug-Drug Interactions: Mizolastine may interact with an immunosuppressant medication (ciclosporin), blood pressure-lowering medicines (nifedipine), a medicine used to treat heart disease (adenosine), antifungal (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole), antibiotics (erythromycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin), medicines for stomach ulcers (cimetidine).
Drug-Food Interactions: Mizolastine may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid grapefruit juice intake with Mizolastine. Also, avoid alcohol consumption with Mizolastine as it may cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, impairment of judgment, and thinking.
