Nimorazole belongs to the group of medicines called antiamoebics and antibiotics used to treat bacterial and parasitic infections such as amoebiasis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, and acute ulcerative gingivitis.
Nimorazole contains Nimorazole, which damages the micro-organisms' DNA. Thereby, Nimorazole helps in treating infections. It has antibacterial activity against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria.
